Questions
Everything you are likely to ask before you book. Still unsure? Write to hello@easy2africa.com.
We are a boutique safari company and the organiser of every trip we sell. We design your safari around you, then book and pay the camps, guides, transfers and activities ourselves, and look after you throughout. You deal with one company, start to finish.
No. Our packages cover your safari on the ground. You arrange your own international flights to and from Africa, and we take over from the moment you land. Gratuities, visas and personal purchases are also not included unless your itinerary says so.
You pay us directly by card, Apple Pay, PayPal or bank transfer, in your own currency, as one clear payment for the whole safari. No wiring deposits to camps you have never heard of.
Charges appear as Easy2Africa (our legal entity is Maeto a Afrika Limited). If you ever see a charge you do not recognise, email us and we will match it to your booking straight away.
Your quotation sets the deposit, the balance and the payment deadlines. Typically a deposit confirms your booking and the balance is due before you travel. The confirmed price is fixed, we do not add fuel, currency or supplier surcharges afterwards.
Yes. Tell us in writing and we will explain any availability and cost first. You can also transfer your booking to another person with reasonable notice. If you cancel, any fee is fair and justifiable, and a deposit is not automatically forfeited. You can cancel free of charge if unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances at your destination affect the trip. Refunds you are owed are paid within 14 days. See our Booking & Cancellation Policy.
Yes. Your prepayments are covered by insolvency protection, and we carry tour operator liability insurance. One company is responsible for your trip. See Financial Protection.
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance from the time you book, covering cancellation, medical treatment, emergency evacuation, repatriation and baggage. It protects your personal risks and sits alongside the financial protection we provide.
These are your responsibility, and we will give you the general information you need. Please check passport validity and visa requirements for every country on your route, and take medical advice on vaccinations and malaria precautions in good time. Travelling with children sometimes needs extra documents, ask us early.
South Africa, Zimbabwe, Namibia, Botswana, Tanzania and Zambia, the places our operators live and work and that we know well.
Yes. Payments are handled through regulated payment providers over a secure, encrypted connection, and we do not store your full card number.
